As a grant writer, researcher or manager, you are often asked to complete multiple tasks within short periods of time. Some of these tasks may even be outside of your job description. What can you do to stay on track, complete your work and appease your nonprofit leadership and board?

During this live nonprofit webinar, we will show you how to create a project management plan that offers a solution to managing multiple grant-related tasks in an efficient and streamlined way.

You will also learn best practices that have been adapted for the nonprofit sector from the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (the globally recognized leader in project management); which research has shown leads to greater work efficiency.

This webinar is right for you if:

  • You are feeling overwhelmed with all of the tasks that compete for your attention

  • You manage other people’s work on grants related projects

  • You need to find a way to be more effective in how you address multiple priorities

In this 90-minute webinar, you will learn:

  • Review real examples of grant related projects that showcase the importance and effectiveness of project management
  • Meaningful ways to prioritize and capture multiple tasks and projects
  • How to develop a project management plan for grants work – A step by step review
  • The do’s and don’ts of effective project management in your grants work
  • How to use this approach in managing other non-grant related tasks

You’ll get these BONUS supporting materials:

  • A brainstorming guide to determine what to include in your project management plan

  • An Excel Project Management Plan template

  • A resource list of useful project management related websites
